Coordinated the Set Up of a Clinic

Worked remotely and onsite to facilitate the setting up of a women’s health clinic.  Project included project timeline planning, lease negotiation, signage, obtaining state and county licences, coordinating the refurbishment of the building interior, liaison with utility companies, assisting with the sourcing and purchase of medical furniture and office furniture, coordinating volunteers to help with decorating, establishing a governance structure, setup of business operation policies and procedures and producing the business model for future clinics.   

Result:  Clinic opened in Jan 2016 and now acting as a model for further clinics in this field.

Worked remotely to prepare the business owner for her application to gain accreditation for her school. Coordinated actioning a comprehensive list of over 190 required evidences. Created a database to collate the material evidences received back from tutors and staff and worked with Virtual Assistant Associate to populate the 1,240 page document submitted and 120 appendices.

Result:  Accreditation application submitted on time. 

Worked with HR consultant to review and reissue an updated an employee handbook for the business.  Established a more robust on and off-boarding process for the business.  Reviewed the time recording system and updated the process for accurately capturing staff hours.
